today (well actually it was yesterday [April 6th, 2011]) OP eligible students of the grade 12 cohort of Corinda State High School, started on their second QCS test (i forgot what QCS stands for, but its an important test). and the first test to be done was the written test (the creative writing exam), where they give you a stimulus booklet (more like a big pamphlet) that gives you the topic of your piece and you select an item in the stimulus to base your writing on.
the topic was "circles". yes circles, the round shaped things. and you were supposed to write anything you want about circles and get around 600 words. you were allowed to write in any form and genre you found suited except for poetry.
me, i chose short story, but in my head throughout the entire test, the words that drifted from my head, to my lips, to my hands all seemed to have rhymed. im not sure why, but if i were to go back and reread my paper, im positive that it would sound like a poem, except its in the layout of a short story. and there you have it, my rebel brain. fml.
life is like a box of chocolates =]
