some people have started to ask me why i end my post and use 'life is like a box of chocolates' for my blog theme.
'life is like a box of chocolates' is a famous movie quote (apparently not to my friends) by Tom Hanks, playing the role of Forrest Gump, in the movie Forrest Gump.
starting off the movie, he tells a lady about his life story, he says 'My mum always said, life was like a box of chocolates, you never know what you're gonna get.' it means, live life happily, cause youll never know what youll face, just be happy with what you have.
it was also made into a song called 'Box of Chocolates' by Riz. the song can be found on youtube, or for a quick preview, click on 'SPEAK UP' to the right of the page and itll automatically play =]
this song helped me to overcome some past incidents that occurred in my life. and im thankful of it. and the one who introduced me to it. thank you Myvy =]
